Dear Parents,
In order to ensure the safety and well-being of all our students, we kindly ask you to take note of the following important procedures:
1. Early Pickups: If you need to pick up your child early, please inform the school in advance. Email the details, including the pickup time, to admin@peps.ae. For emergency pickups, please request your child directly from the Main Administration Office. If your child is a bus rider, we also advise informing the bus driver or assistant of the change. Please always include your child name and class in all communication.
2. Late Drop-offs: Students arriving after 7:30 AM must be dropped off by a parent at the Main Administration Office, where you will need to provide an explanation for the delay. For arrivals after 8:30 AM, please email a notification of the late drop-off to admin@peps.ae.
3. Absences: If your child is absent, please email the reason for their absence to admin@peps.ae. If the absence is due to a medical reason, kindly include our head nurse in the email at clinic@peps.ae.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these procedures, which are in place to ensure the safety of our students and maintain accurate records for each child.
